Toyo Summer/Winter Program

Cancellation Policy:
We will refund the program fee to a participant following below policy.
If a participant canceled from January 22 through January 29, 2024, s/he will receive 100% refund.
If a participant canceled from January 30 through February 11, 2023, s/he will receive 50% refund.
If a participant canceled on or after February 12, 2024 , s/he will receive no refund.

NOTE: In all cases listed above, all local and overseas remittance charges for the refund must be borne by the client. Flywire, a global payment network that Toyo University use, may charge additional fees, including up to a 1% refund processing charge, that apply to the processing of the refund request.
