国際教育センターでは、留学生を対象にホームステイを実施します。

農業体験もできるよい機会ですので、是非ご参加ください。

【日時・ホームステイ先・対象】　

期間：2024年6月29日（土）～6月30日（日）1泊2日

※6月29日（土）に授業がある学生は申込できません。
場所：栃木県大田原市
対象：学部正規留学生・大学院正規留学生・交換留学生

【参加費】

10,000円

※6月29日(土)昼食から6月30日（日）昼食までの食費を含む

【注意事項】　
◆ホストファミリーは留学生との交流を楽しみにしている家庭ばかりです。小さい子供がいる家庭、若い夫婦の家庭、老夫婦の家庭など、いろいろなタイプの家庭がありますが、留学生がホストファミリーを選ぶことはできません。
◆申込者が多い場合は抽選とします。
◆グーグルフォーム申し込み後のキャンセルはできません。

※一度支払った参加費は払い戻しできません。

June 2024 Toyo University Home Stay Program Applications Open!!

【Date and location】

Date：Saturday, June 29 – Sunday, June 30

※Students who have classes on Saturday, June 29th may not participate in this program.
Location: Otawara City, Tochigi Prefecture

Eligible applicants：International undergraduate and graduate students, study abroad students

【Program　Schedule】

【Fee】

10,000JPY

＊The fee covers meals from 6/29 lunch through 6/30 lunch.

【Application period】
Tuesday, 21 May– Thursday, 30 May

【Notice】

◆All the participating host families are looking forward to welcoming international students. There are many different kinds of families: those with young children, younger couples, older couples, etc. Participants are unable to choose their host families.
◆If the number of applicants exceeds the number of spots, a lottery will be held to determine who gets the spots. In this case, priority will be given to students who have not participated in a Toyo home stay.
◆Once you have been confirmed for the home stay, you cannot change your information or cancel your placement.

②Notification of acceptance/payment procedure

After Monday, June 3rd we will notify all applicants via email about whether or not they were accepted. If you get one of the spots, please pay the participation fee at the automatic certificate issuing machine on campus.

※Once you have paid the participation fee, there will be no refunds.
