東洋大学オンライン模擬国連会議が3月16日（土）、17日（日）に開催されます。 模擬国連は、学生主導のシミュレーションベースの教育活動で、外交、国際関係、国連について学ぶことのできる場所です。 参加者の皆さんは、国連の仕組みについて各委員会のレベルで学びながら、英語でのスピーキング、ディベート、ライティング、論理的思考、チームワーク、リーダーシップのスキルを磨くことができます。

TOYO MUN 2024 では、過去の危機の解決に成功したことに目を向け、新世代の問題への道を切り開くための議論を予定しています。

そして今回の模擬国連会議のテーマは「危機を乗り切る： 過去の教訓を未来につなげる」です。詳細な情報はこちらから：https://www.toyomun.com/

今回の模擬国連会議には3つの委員会があります。

1) ユニセフ (初級) - 世界中の児童労働の危機に取り組む

2) WTO (中級) - 国際貿易における公正慣行の強化について議論する

3) 危機委員会 (上級) - スエズ危機のシミュレーションについて考える

東洋大学の模擬国連に参加するには、３つの方法があります。

その日の代表者として議論に参加するDelegate(代表者)、当日までの運営をサポートするVolunteer(ボランティア)、会議当日に議論を聞くAudience(オーディエンス)です。

本イベントに代Delegateとして参加した学生には、5TGポイント+TGLキャンプ1回参加、ボランティア参加者には 3TG ポイント、視聴者として参加した学生には最大2TGポイントが付与されます。

Virtual Toyo MUN (Model United Nations) will be held on March 16th and 17th. MUN is a student-led, simulation-based educational activity.

It is a place to learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. Participants can hone their English speaking, debating, writing, logical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills while learning how the United Nations works at the committee level.

At Toyo MUN 2024, delegates will be prompted to turn to successfully resolve past crises and pave the path for the new generation's problems. Hence, our theme is “Navigating Crisis: Lessons from the Past for the Path Forward.”

There would be three committees:

1) UNICEF (Beginner)- Tackling the Crisis of Child Labour Worldwide

2)  WTO (Intermediate) - Strengthening Fair Practices in International Trade

3)  Crisis Committee (Advanced) - Simulation of the Suez Crisis

There are three types of participation: (1) Delegates, who participate in the discussion as delegates for the day;
 (2) Volunteers, who help organize the MUN; and (3) Audience, who listen to the discussion; and Students who participated in this event as delegates will be given 5TG points and certification of the TGL camp. Volunteers will receive 3TG points. Students who participated as audience members will be given 2TG points.
