ご予約前のお客様 / Before You Book / 預約前常見問題
一番大きくなる時期は例年1月下旬から2月中旬頃ですが、気象状況により大きく変動します。天然の自然現象を鑑賞するツアーのため、景観を保証するものではないことを予めご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。時期によって景観が移り変わるため、ぜひ何度でも足をお運びください。
一旦達到最大規模的時期通常是在每年1月下旬到2月中旬，但由於氣象狀況會有很大變化。這是一個觀賞天然自然現象的旅遊，因此無法保證景觀的穩定，敬請您事先理解。由於隨著時期的變化，景觀會有所不同，請務必多次造訪。
The peak size typically occurs from late January to mid-February each year, but it can vary significantly depending on weather conditions. Since this is a tour to observe natural phenomena, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the scenery. As the landscape changes with the seasons, please feel free to visit multiple times.
カレンダーにて日付を選択できない日は、ツアー設定日ではない・または満席です。別のお日にちで再検討をお願い申し上げます。なおキャンセルが発生した場合は自動的に再販されますので、適宜ご確認ください。キャンセル待ちは承っておりません。
Dates that cannot be selected on the calendar are either dates the tour is not offered or are already fully booked. Please consider an alternative date. If a cancellation occurs, the spot will automatically become available for booking again, so please check back periodically. We do not offer a waitlist.
日曆上無法點選的日期，代表該日期未開放行程、或已預約額滿。煩請您重新考慮其他日期。 若有旅客取消預約，空位將會自動釋出並重新開放預訂，請您隨時留意頁面更新。恕我們不受理候補（waiting list）登記。
ツアーバスの下部に預けることが可能です。乗務員にお申し付けください。その他、まちなか交通広場 待合室（22：00まで）、奥入瀬渓流館にもコインロッカーがございます。

ご予約済のお客様 / For Guests with Existing Reservations / 預約後的常見問題
お客様ご自身で手続き可能です。予約完了メール中ほどのボタン「予約を管理する」からお客様ページに入り手続きをしてください。既にキャンセル料が発生している場合はご自身では手続きができないため、下記受付フォームからお問合せください。
お支払い済の代金よりキャンセル料を差し引いた額を、後日カード会社を通じて返金いたします。返金の時期はカードの種類によって異なりますので、各クレジットカード会社へお問合せください。 なお、下記受付フォームより「予約のキャンセル」を選択し送信した時点で、キャンセルの申し出が完了します（送信日時が「申し出た日」となります）。 一度送信されますとキャンセルの取り消しはできませんので、ご注意ください。
You can cancel your tour booking yourself through our online portal. Please click the "Manage Booking" button in the middle of your booking confirmation email to access your personal booking page and proceed with the cancellation.If a cancellation fee has already been incurred, you will not be able to process the cancellation on your own. In that case, please contact us using the inquiry form below.Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from your original payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you through your credit card company. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your credit card provider, so please contact them directly for more information.
您可以在線上自行取消行程。請點擊預約確認信件中的「管理預約」按鈕，進入您的個人頁面進行辦理。若已產生取消費用，您將無法自行取消。在這種情況下，請透過下方的表單與我們聯繫。我們將從您已支付的費用中扣除取消費用，並透過您的信用卡公司退還餘額。退款的具體時間因信用卡公司而異，詳情請直接洽詢您的發卡銀行。
変更後の日付に空きがあれば可能です。お客様ご自身でキャンセルし新しい日付で再予約をお願いします。その際、旅行代金に差額が生じる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。 なお、予約ページ内カレンダーの日付が選択できないなどの場合は空席はございません。
Changes are possible if there is availability on your desired new date.Please cancel your current reservation and make a new booking for the new date.
Please note that the tour price may vary depending on the date.If a date cannot be selected on the calendar within the booking page, it means that no seats are available.
若更改後的日期仍有空位，即可進行更改。請您先自行取消原預約，並以新的日期重新預約。請注意，不同日期的行程費用可能會有所差異，敬請理解。另外，如預約頁面中的日曆無法選取該日期，則表示該日已無空位。
出発日の前日12:00まで可能です。下記受付フォームからお問合せください。
Changes to pick-up or drop-off locations are accepted until 12:00 p.m. on the day before your tour.
乘車或下車地點的更改，須於出發日前一天中午12:00前提出申請。

Reducing the number of participants is treated as a cancellation. Please follow the same procedure as below.
減少參加人數將被視為取消，請按照上述的取消手續進行操作。

To add more participants, please make a new reservation for the additional spots.

キャリアメール（docomoやauなど）は非対応です。予約内容やメールアドレスの確認および変更は下記フォームよりお問合せください。なお、参加当日はお名前だけで受付可能です。
Emails from Japanese mobile carriers (like docomo or au) may not be supported. To confirm or change your reservation details or email address, please contact us using the form below. On the day of the tour, you can check in using only your name.
