Topaasia co-creation project spring 2025

This spring, Topaasia Ltd is embarking on a journey of co-creation to develop the company’s digital solution further in a cross-cultural setting - join us in making this Finnish innovation international!

The solution to be developed is a serious game - a gamified, participatory approach based on a scalable, digital dialogue method which supports individual and organisational learning culture. 

The digital tool has so far been used by over 20 000 players and hundreds of organisations both from private and public sector. During the 10 years of product development, the tool has found use in various organisational development cases such as strategy implementation, team building, 1-on-1 discussions, and handling DEI matters across all company levels, to name but a few use cases.

We are now looking for professionals who are interested in organisational development and would like to gain a new serious game tool to help them in their work, be it within their own organisation or with their customers.

What we offer:

• a guided and structured co-creation process led by Topaasia method developer Jussi Galla and
  PhD, Culture & Learning Strategist Juha Ruuska

• an international network of likeminded professionals

• user license to Topaasia digital tool for the duration of the project (value 1500€)

• as a result of the process, your own, be-spoke game deck on the Topaasia platform for your use

• continuous support and communication during the project (two-way communication channel to be determined with the participants)

• live workshop on the 8th of April 2025 in Amsterdam (travel costs not included)

What we expect from you:

• interest and experience in organisational development 

• possibility to test the serious game within your organisation or with your customers or stakeholder groups 

• commitment to the whole process, including working on your own as well as joint sessions with all participants 

• participation in the workshop in Amsterdam (also remote workshop possible)
