Todd St. Germain is a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.  He is also a sought-after communicator and trainer, life coach, and entrepreneur who is known for his ability to raise emotional IQ (EQ) and positive workplace team culture.  He currently serves as Lead Pastor at Woodinville Alliance Church in Washington State.

Todd is a certified coach and coach trainer through Lifeforming Leadership Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Management and a master’s degree in Management and Leadership. Additionally, he is a certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Certified in Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability, Trained in Fearless Meetings and Fearless 1:1s, and is a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator.

He uses coaching methodologies to establish leadership development systems designed to maintain the health, steady growth, and intentional reproduction of staff and volunteers.  He also trains individuals and teams to help align their goals and career paths to the values, vision, and mission of organizations.  Todd's core training classes are communication, listening skills, leadership styles, strengths and weaknesses, and values and goals.  

An international organization also contracts Todd to offer ongoing coaching to its large number of membership leaders.  His entrepreneurial leadership has resulted in a growing coaching business targeting and serving organizations and individuals to provide structure, support, encouragement, and accountability through change, transition, and growth.

Although there are many stories I would like to share about my family, I'm presenting a few quick bits here to help paint a picture for you.

• Angela and I will celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary in the fall of 2022.

• Some of our fondest memories together are; a whirlwind backpacking Eurail trip to 9 countries in Europe, raising children, being grandparents, late-night talks, traveling, and learning about each other again and again.  

• Together we have three daughters; Paloma, Chloe´, and Paris (each child is 10 years apart).  These three beautiful human beings are our greatest joy and raising them is our biggest accomplishment.

• Angela was born and raised in upstate New York, loves coaching people through health and wellness, is highly creative, and enjoy's expressing herself through all areas of design, photography, and cooking.

• Paloma (our oldest) owns two small businesses in the greater Seattle, Washington area; a cutting-edge hair salon, and an award-winning coffee shop.  She is also a proud mama of the happiest little boy alive, Atreyu.

• Chloe´(our middle) graduated from Northwest University with a degree in communications and lives and works in the greater Seattle area.  Her cat Queen is adorable. 

• Paris (our youngest) is in high school full of passion for arts and creativity.  She focuses on her original characters' storyboards using mixed mediums including; pen and ink, colored pencils, and paints.  She is also an inspiring YouTube host.
