Dear TMU students, let’s applaud and welcome the entrance of the “Section of Liberal Arts”. Although we are called the “Section of Liberal Arts of the Center for General Education”, please don’t be misled by our name. TMU’s general education is not simply general or ordinary at all.
【Vision】
To enable TMU students to “be skillful in using each and every one of the 18 weapons”, teachers in the Section of Liberal Arts rack their brains to design the most diverse and rich courses for students. It is like an amusement park for knowledge, where students can challenge their limits, expand their visions of life, have fun learning as much as possible, and grow up happily! Of course, general education courses do not simply allow the students to “play”. Most importantly in the joy of learning, students will become the most humane and socially caring professionals at TMU. We hope every student who has taken the TMU general education courses can act freely on the stage of their life and show off their TMU spirit.
