PowerSchool is a web-based student information system that provides a full range of features needed by administrators at the district and school level to manage student information, a portal for teachers to enter classroom-specific data, and portals to foster communication between the school and parents and students. Using PowerTeacher, teachers are able to record grades and attendance as well as access student demographic data for their pupils.
If you require assistance for an emergency situation (e.g. PowerSchool/PowerTeacher is not accessible), or need help with a login or password, please call the Admin Support and Training team at ext. 21401 (1-888-526-5552). We will be happy to assist you over the phone.
Other support items, should be submitted to the Helpdesk. Please remember to put PowerSchool, PowerTeacher, PwrSch or PwrTea into the title of your submission, and provide a description of the problem you are having. This will ensure your ticket is routed to the Admin Support and Training team quickly.
Daily Scheduled Maintenance
PowerSchool/PowerTeacher require ongoing updates and maintenance that can only be accomplished by closing the software to staff for a short period of time. This will be accomplished each morning between 5:30 am and 7:00 am. Please wait until after 7:00 a.m. before logging into PowerSchool/PowerTeacher. If it is after 7:00 a.m., and you still cannot make a connection, please make us aware by opening a Helpdesk ticket. It will be addressed immediately. The full hour and a half between 5:30 and 7:00 a.m. will not always be required and the system will only be down for users on days when maintenance or updates are required.
