Popscicle Stick Fitness
This is a fun activity the whole family can do together! Gather up some popsicle sticks and label them with different activities. (If you don't have popsicle sticks just use paper.) These are just suggestions- you can choose whatever you like! Draw sticks and get to moving!

The American Heart Association worked with a P.E. Coach in Richardson, TX to create 10 different 30-minute activity videos for students. Each video contains a heart/health fact or word of the day. Once students finish the activity, they can write the heart/health fact or word of the day in the corresponding day on the attached activity log to indicate they have completed the activity.
