CCS Days 2023
The College of Computer Studies (CCS) Days, held from May 2-5, was a distinguished commemoration centered around the theme, "Beyond Factional Boundaries: Embracing the Divergent Transition of the Community throughout the Magical and Technological Years." This event was a fusion of knowledge from various disciplines, including Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Entertainment and Multimedia Computing (EMC), and Data Science and Analytics (DSA), and it stood as a testament to the amalgamation of intellect and ingenuity.
Some notable highlights included the prestigious Mr. and Ms. CCS pageant, A night of seranading in CCS Singing IDOL, a remarkable CCS Roadshow that showcased pioneering computer research and compelling capstone projects, and a medley of spirited sporting activities such as basketball, volleyball, and chess. Additionally, a wide array of gaming competitions encompassing Tekken, Tetris, and Mobile Legends added to the excitement.
The peak of enthusiasm was reached during the IT Wizard competition, which tested intellectual acumen, as well as the Java rebuilding and character design challenges, which demanded precision and creativity. All of these elements combined to make CCS Days a pinnacle of scholarly vigor and community vitality.
Moreover, this four-day event served as a platform to showcase the diverse talents and skills in art, programming, and sportsmanship among CCS students. It was a celebration of both academic excellence and the vibrant spirit of the CCS community.
