Submissions
SUBMISSION TYPES
Research papers. Submissions will be accepted as papers of at least 4 up to 10 pages (including references), following the EAMT 2023 guidelines and style templates (PDF, LaTeX, Word). Accepted papers will be published online as proceedings included in the ACL Anthology and will be presented at the conference orally.
Extended abstracts. The authors have the choice to submit unpublished research in the form of an extended abstract (up to 2 pages, references included). These submissions should adhere to the same EAMT style templates. Accepted abstracts will be presented as posters, and will be published in the workshop proceedings.
Research Communications. We include a parallel submission policy for papers that were accepted in other venues in 2022. Research communications (up to 2 pages, references included) will not be included in the proceedings, but serve to promote the dissemination of research aligned with the scope of the workshop. Research communications will be presented as either oral or posters.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Anonymisation is not required.
Reviews will be carried out by the PC members.
Please find the EAMT guidelines and style templates in the following webpage: here.
Authors are encouraged to include a statement on the type of inclusion their contribution is targeting (this includes reflections on e.g. the type of bias, who might be affected by this bias, and how the systems perpetuate/exacerbate said biases). As a possible guide, please check here.
All types of contributions should be submitted using the EasyChair conference management system here.
