Tips To Troubleshoot Common Technology Issues

  • If the program won't open, the program homepage won't load, or a page within the program won't load, try closing out of and restarting the program.

    • If that doesn't help, try closing out of the program and restarting your computer.

    • If that still doesn't help, you may need to give it some time and try again later. There have been several occasions where the program was performing an update without warning and wouldn't load for some people, but worked an hour or more later.

  • If the program won't let you mark attendance or you marked attendance but it isn't showing up, close out of the program and restart the program.

    • If that doesn't help, try waiting a little while (an hour or so) and try again later.

    • If that still doesn't help, contact your Learning Facilitator.

  • If the program won't let you mark an assessment as complete or you marked an assessment as complete but it isn't showing up, close out of the program and restart the program.

    • If that doesn't help, try waiting a little while (an hour or so) and try again later.

    • If that still doesn't help, contact your Learning Facilitator.
