SEC is a committee which aims to organize different programmes in widening students' horizons. 

The programmes include: 

• International/local exchange students

• Sister schools programmes

• Overseas study tours

• Leadership training (with OSC)

• Community service (with OSC)

• External non-academic opportunities and nominations
