A: It’s possible. Here are some things that I recommend trying:
1. Try removing the dairy and see how you feel after a few days. Even a little bit, when eating very clean, can pose some issues if you have a sensitivity to it.
2. Pay attention to your stress levels. Is anything affecting you during the day?
3. The foods you are eating, are you noticing this feeling after a specific meal? If so, what are you eating during that meal (if it's a common food you are eating).
4. How is your blood sugar? Are you eating more fruit/carbs/sugar containing foods compared to fats and proteins? Sometimes blood sugar fluctuations can cause brain fog, fatigue and mood swings.
