A: VUCA is an acronym for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, and a catchall for “Hey, it’s crazy out there!” This program is a good example for dealing with the challenge of living in our world today. Things like eating nutritious and nourishing meals for the mind and body, improving sleep quality, carving out personal quality time, regulating our circadian rhythm, setting intentions, practicing meditation and things like gentle yoga can all help with making us more resilient to stress. One more thing that may really help is tuning out the VUCA environment by going on a media diet– avoiding the constant news loop of sensational clickbait. Choosing what to feed our senses and our minds plays a very important role in managing stress.
