Blood sugar issues (which we’ll be addressing throughout this program), gut dysbiosis, and high antibodies, are some of the most common contributors to anxiety.
High dose probiotics can help with dysbiosis, and I’ve found the probiotic VSL#3 to work really well for anxiety. As for lowering antibodies, I recommend taking selenium.
My colleague Trudy Scott has done some excellent research on anxiety, food and nutrition. She’s a nutritionist, and has a book called The Anti-Anxiety Food Solution, which I highly recommend that you check out for a deeper dive into addressing anxiety.
