Please use the 5th Street Entrance to the back parking lot behind the Stiefel.  

You will  find a door labeled “Stage Door”.

The front doors to the Stiefel will not be open during rehearsals.

Rehearsals are closed to grownups.  We will walk dancers back and forth from the greenroom.

 Walk down the hallway (follow the arrows) until you reach the second door on the right. 

Turn right, walk through the back stage area and down to the auditorium. 

Your dancers class area will be labeled with their class color and name

1.   Do not go back to dressing rooms.

2.  Dancers will need to find their section.   Teachers will assist in taking dancers to and from stage but students will need a parent/chaperone to sit with.

3.  We will move as quickly as possible.  Dancers will need to stay until their dismissal time. We are not rehearsing in show order which will allow younger dancers to get home early.  

4.  Dances will be listed by song name, not class name. Please look at the picture schedule for song names.

5.  Technical Rehearsal is an opportunity for teachers to set formations on stage and for dancers to run through their routine once on-stage.  We will not be using lights however we ask that dancers be in costume.  There is no need for hair and make-up to be done.   Please do have hair pulled back.

6.  In order to run a successful rehearsal, conversations will need to taken out to the lobby rather than in the auditorium.

*           NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE AUDITORIUM OR DRESSING AREAS!

*           Dancers, please wear cover-ups in the auditorium.

*           No taping, tacking, nailing, or pinning of any items on any surface (walls, tables, chairs, etc...)

*           Helium balloons are not permitted in the theatre. 

*           Please help us to leave the spaces better than we found them.

*           No dancers or parents allowed in the front Watson room or balcony.
