9:30 AM SHOWCASE

Anticipated Show Length:  30 minutes less

Backstage Helpers Arrival Time:  8:45 AM

STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE IN THEIR FIRST COSTUME WITH HAIR AND MAKE-UP DONE. THE TERM "COSTUME" INCLUDES ALL COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES, AND TIGHTS.

TUTUS AND BOWTIES AND FIRST STEPS DANCERS WILL SIT WITH THEIR GROWN-UPS IN THE AUDIENCE.  SENIOR COMPANY, SPARKLE SQUAD AND MENTORSHIP STUDENTS WILL BE BACKSTAGE. 

CHECK IN

• STEP 1: Parents or guardians of Sparkle Squad and Senior Company will bring their dancer to the Santa Fe Watson Room Entrance (pictured below).  

• STEP 2: Parent or guardian will check dancer in and dancer will be placed under the supervision of their class helpers(s). (Company dancers please see below).  A class helper will walk your child and their costumes to their assigned dressing room. 

  • If your dancer is 3-10 yrs. old our office staff and classroom helpers will assist in getting your dancers to their location.

  • If you have a company dancer, please drop your dancer off at the door and our helpers will help them to get situated.

PICK UP

• • For this show, as the 2 and 3 year old students will be sitting with their families, any students on stage in that age range will be released from the stage.  Please pick up Sparkle Squad and Rhythm Company from the Santa Fe entrance.    After all dancers have been picked up, please feel free to join us on stage or in the front lobby photo area to take as many photos as you would like!  We will have our regular fun spots and some fun princess meet and greets in our lobby as well!

IMPORTANT POLICIES REMINDER:

• Parents are NOT allowed in the dressing rooms.

• SPARKLE SQUAD AND SR. CO. WILL REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THE ENTIRE RECITAL PERFORMANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Special Note: Please do not attempt to pick up your child during the performance or intermission. All students will be under the supervision of responsible adults and will be safe for the length of the show. The dressing rooms will be stocked with various activities during the duration of the show including coloring books, movies, and they will be able to watch the show live!

  • This is a new show format for us.  Our goal is to ease our youngest dancers and families into the showcase experience and make it enjoyable for them.  Our longer shows can be a long wait backstage for our younger dancers and we want them to enjoy all the fun that it has to offer!
