2:30 PM SHOWCASE

*Order of Show

Anticipated Show Length:  Approximately 2 hours

VOLUNTEER ARRIVAL TIME:  1:30 pm

STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE IN THEIR FIRST COSTUME WITH HAIR AND MAKE-UP DONE. THE TERM "COSTUME" INCLUDES ALL COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES, AND TIGHTS.

CHECK IN

• STEP 1: Parents or guardians will bring their dancer to the Santa Fe Watson Room entrance

• STEP 2: Parent or guardian will check dancer in and dancer will be placed under the supervision of their class helpers(s). (Company dancers see below).  A class helper will walk your child and their costumes to their assigned dressing room. 

  • If your dancer is 3-10 yrs. old our office staff and classroom helpers will assist in getting your dancer to their area. 

  • If you have a company dancer, please enter at the Santa Fe drop off.  Our helpers will help them to get situated.

PICK UP

• • After the showcase is over parents will be called up to the stage class by class pick up their dancer.   Please only send one grownup to the stage for pickup.  After all dancers have been picked up, please feel free to join us on stage or in the front lobby photo area to take as many photos as you would like! Level 2/3 students and higher will be allowed to find their grown-ups from the stage.  Following photos, if you need to assist your dancer in retrieving items from backstage, please go back to the Watson room for items instead of of going on the stage.  Our staff is happy to assist!

IMPORTANT POLICIES REMINDER:

• Parents are NOT allowed in the dressing rooms.

• STUDENTS WILL REMAIN BACKSTAGE FOR THE ENTIRE RECITAL PERFORMANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Special Note: Please do not attempt to pick up your child during the performance or intermission. All students will be under the supervision of responsible adults and will be safe for the length of the show. The dressing rooms will be stocked with various activities during the duration of the show including coloring books, movies.
