Thrive With Purpose (TWP) is a Missouri-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering older adults, individuals with disabilities, long-term care residents, and their families through advocacy, education, community engagement, and systems reform. The result of a partnership between the Missouri Alliance for Long-Term Care Reform (MALTCR) and the Coalition for Justice for Elder and Disabled Adults (CJEDA), TWP works to improve quality of care, to protect individual and resident rights, and to promote dignity, independence, and self-determination for vulnerable populations.

Through statewide advocacy initiatives, community collaborations, outreach, educational programs, leadership development, and outreach efforts, TWP provides individuals and families with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to navigate residential care and disability-related challenges. The organization also serves as a catalyst for policy change by elevating the voices of residents, caregivers, and advocates, while fostering partnerships with agencies, community organizations, law enforcement, policymakers, service providers, and other key stakeholders. Its long-term goal is to create a more transparent, accountable, and person-centered system of care throughout Missouri, ensuring that Missouri citizens are treated fairly and fully, enabling them to not just survive, but thrive.
