Dana Learned How to Ask for Donations
In Dana's own words, she learned that not to be shy and speak up when calling a grocery store to ask if they are willing to donate for her project. Dana (9), a 4th grader, created a project to help keep parks clean and safe in East Palo Alto. She is passionate about taking care of the environment for people, animals, and pets.
Leo Learning to Communicate and Socialize
6th grader Leo is going to teach a class to kids who are new to Roblox or need help getting better. His social good project is based on wanting to help kids in his community to learn how to get better at something they enjoy. In the process, he learned how to create a call script and cold call schools to offer his classes to them. Leo's website explains his project in detail.

6th grader Bryan recorded this video to fundraise for the dog walk he wants to donate to Pets In Need. Although a very shy young person, Bryan is quickly gaining confidence and courage to speak up for what he believes in.
