Privacy Policy for TTT Letter Board
Last Updated: June 17, 2026
TTT Education & Impact ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TTT Letter Board mobile application. We are deeply committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our users, particularly within the nonspeaking, minimally speaking, and neurodivergent communities, as well as children of all abilities.
1. No Data Collection (Children & General Users)
The TTT Letter Board app does not collect, track, store, transmit, or share any personal information, location data, or user metrics. Because we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, we do not knowingly or unknowingly process, store, or share information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (in compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act - COPPA) or children under 16 in international jurisdictions (in compliance with GDPR / GDPR-K).
2. Local Device Processing
Your communication is entirely private. All text input, typed messages, and speech selections are processed locally on your individual device. Keystrokes and written phrases are never logged, saved, or uploaded to external servers. If you use the "Copy Message" function, that data is transferred solely to your device's native clipboard under your direct control.
3. Third-Party Services (Apple Text-to-Speech)
The app utilizes Apple’s built-in, system-level Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine to generate audio playback. This processing occurs locally or through your device's operating system framework and is subject to Apple's standard iOS/iPadOS privacy protections. We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising software.
4. International Users & Global Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and More)
We welcome users from all over the world. Because TTT Letter Board features a strict zero-data collection architecture:
No Data Transfers: No personal data is transferred across international borders or stored on external cloud infrastructure.
Your Rights: Under global regulations (including the EU/UK GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), users hold rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of their data. Because our app operates with absolute data minimization and zero collection, we do not possess any data to access, modify, or delete.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
