On January 28, 2022 regional functional fitness and CrossFit affiliates will came together to support The S.E.T.H. Project, an amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) non-profit,  with the inaugural ‘I don’t have much quit in me’ workout fundraiser.  

Members at participating locations completed one tough workout to honor founder Seth  Poling, who was seven years into an ALS diagnosis, and the other 144-plus registered People with  ALS (PALS) in West Virginia.  

Participating locations included: Power Alley CrossFit (Buckhannon), CrossFit Sozo (Bridgeport), 1201 CrossFit (Elkins), Amaziah CrossFit (Fairmont), CrossFit CTRL (Fairmont), Mountaineer CrossFit (Morgantown), CrossFit Ridgeline (Morgantown), Strong Tower Fitness (Parkersburg), Firebreather Fitness (Scott Depot), and CrossFit U-Town (Uniontown, PA).
