Background Check -- How to get one

IF YOU ARE APPLYING TO RENT A HOME THROUGH AN AGENT AT HOUSTON TOP REALTY, CHOOSE ONE OF THESE 2 OPTIONS:

1. Email RachelFerreri@Gmail.com and request an invoice for your background check. Indicate how many married couples and/or Single Adults (age 18 and over) will be living in the home. She will obtain your background check and submit it to your agent upon receipt of the required fee.

Or

2. Ask your agent to send you an invitation to obtain a background check for your rental application. That invitation will include an invoice.
