Hattie B -Magical Vet

The book is about a girl who is turning 10 years old but her mum and dad seem not to notice her birthday. Her mum and dad work at the vets so they don't really get time for lots of events. On her birthday she feels really furious and angry, not just because no one remembers her big day but also because she lives next to a mean girl who always makes fun of Hattie's white streak in her hair. This is a fun story with a twist.

The Invisible Dog

Dick King Smith is the author of this book, i like the story because there are lots of dogs involved. The characters are funny and there is a dog called Rupert, i would recommend this story for Year 4 children

Zoe's Recue Zoo

Zoe's rescue is a great book because of the flow and the interesting details of the writing. I recommend this book to year 4+ readers because it is pretty long for younger children. My favourite character is Zoe because she is such a lovely, cheerful girl & she is really kind. Zoe loves living at her uncles rescue zoo because there is always something exciting going on. Zoe also has an amazing secret ... you will need to read the book to find out what it is.
