NOTE ON THE MAKING OF THE CALENDAR

MAKE A CALENDAR

This calendar was a Christmas vacation activity. Me and mom were making some drawings and suddenly it came to mind that I can use the scenes art work for making a new year calendar. I told mom about it and she approved my idea.

Then we were discussing of using already made drawings for different calendar months. Then it struck me that we can select the drawings for each month as per the seasons. We listed seasons as per the months. We had only few drawings to match them. So we painted new ones for left out months and thus the painting got over. But still the work for the dates of calendar for each month was pending. We started with first month, using stencil to fill in the dates.

We then got spiral binding done and now the physical calendar was ready.

We also mulled over the idea of an e-calendar , we tried with a short video combining all the months. I think we will need some IT help. But it is in our mind.
