Invite a User
Follow these steps to invite a user to your platform:
Begin by going to the Admin tab, located on the top navigation menu.
To add a user, make sure the KSU Users tab is selected. To add a mentor, make sure the KSU Mentors tab is selected
Click the "Add New User" button to start the invitation process.
Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.
Click the "Create User" button to send a welcome email containing a link to set their password and log in to the platform.
By following these steps, you can seamlessly invite users to your platform, providing them with the access and resources they need to become part of your community.
Edit a User's Profile
As an admin, you can edit any user's profile within the platform. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Begin by going to the Admin tab, located on the top navigation menu.
To find the user profile you wish to edit, start by selecting the type of user: KSU User or Mentor. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to locate the user by typing their name.
After finding the user profile you'd like to edit, click the "Edit Profile" button on their profile.
This action will open the profile editor, where you can make changes to any part of the user's bio.
Once you've made the necessary changes, be sure to click the "Save" button to save all changes.
