Support Local Sunday
🛍 Buy or boost something local. Could be your fave shop, artist, market vendor or café.
🙌 Can’t spend? Share their page or leave a glowing review!

💌 DAY 3 (Mon, July 7)

Message Monday
📲 Send a kind, encouraging message to 3 people who may need a little extra love today.
💛 Go one step further and write a thank-you card or sticky note and leave it somewhere unexpected.

Treat Tuesday
🍪 Surprise someone with a small treat — coffee, a snack, or even just letting them skip the line.
✨ Don’t forget: kindness doesn’t have to be expensive to be powerful.

Wipe-It-Down Wednesday
🚮 Clean up your street, workplace, or community spot.
🧤 Trash pickup, shared space tidying, or even wiping down a park bench counts!

Thankful Thursday
🎁 Leave a kind note or token for a frontline worker — mail carrier, delivery driver, bus driver, etc.
