Integration

“Integration” automatically creates resident accounts by linking the

Luxer One system with your property management software.

Once active, all existing and new residents will have accounts created automatically — When a resident moves out, Luxer One will mark the

user as a “Past Recipient”.

Without integration, resident accounts can be created in three ways:

1. Use the Add New Recipient field to manually add recipients.

2. Residents can sign up directly at luxerone.com.

3. Luxer One can upload a CSV file with resident information.
