Executive Director

Jason was hired in as the Executive Director in July of 2017. Jason comes to us with a background in HIV prevention and a degree in Social Work. He's passionate about policy, politics, and being as organized as possible.

Program Assistant

Tricia was hired as the Program Assistant in March of 2018. Tricia comes to us with a degree in Mass Communications & Dance. They are passionate about reproductive rights, supporting local businesses and musicians, and all things Halloween.

Crisis Counselor

Rosina Aldrich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in South Bend, Indiana.

With over 8 years experience in the Social Service Field and a graduate of Indiana University School of Social Work, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are trauma related issues such as childhood sexual/physical abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, Life Coaching, coping skills for ADHD/ADD, and life stressors.

Rosina Aldrich is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is designed to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and innovative techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to assist them in building on their strengths and attaining the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
