DUSKPILOT Privacy Policy

DUSKPILOT is developed and published by JAVAJOE TRADING LLC.
DUSKPILOT is designed to operate primarily on your Android device. The current version does not contain advertising, account sign-in, cloud synchronization, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Information Used on Your Device
DUSKPILOT may use device sensor and system information required to provide its lighting and safety features, including ambient light readings, proximity readings, motion and orientation information, battery status, thermal status, screen state, and camera flash availability.
This information is processed locally on the device to determine when the rear flashlight or Screen Assist should operate.
Camera Permission
Android may require camera permission to control the device flashlight. DUSKPILOT does not take photographs, record video, or provide a camera preview.
Background Monitoring
When Auto Mode is enabled, DUSKPILOT may use an Android foreground service and an ongoing notification to support automatic lighting behavior while the app is not actively displayed.
Local Storage
DUSKPILOT may store app preferences and limited diagnostic information locally on the device, including lighting preferences, safety settings, and recent app events.
Data Collection and Sharing
The current version of DUSKPILOT does not sell user data and does not share user data with advertisers or data brokers.
Sensor readings and local diagnostic history are not transmitted to JAVAJOE TRADING LLC in the current version.
Children
DUSKPILOT is a general utility application and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If future versions add cloud services, analytics, accounts, advertising, or other features that change how information is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
