Classes in Ballet are beginning in September at the June Bug Center given by Victoria Zielenski, an accomplished teacher in the art of Classical Ballet. Classes offered are Beginner through advanced both for children and adult with a class for Seniors as well.
Ballet is one of the best forms of exercise for the body and it is good for all ages. It fine tunes the muscles and creates greater flexibility and balance. It is also goes beyond the physical. It channels energy into something positive. It enhances the body, mind and spirit. Ballet helps to establish good boundries, structure and feelings of well being.. It also counters depression and helps with self-image. For folks having problems with their knees it helps to develop stronger muscles and ligaments around the knee helping the functioning of the knees. It is fun and fulfilling.

Monday from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm (seniors)
Wed from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm (children ages 4 and up)
Thursday from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. (seniors)
