In the freezer aisle you can find a huge variety of products; high protein, dairy free, sugar free, fruit based and many with chunky inclusions. The Innovative Dietitian team has evaluated 6 "healthy" ice creams according to their appearance, texture, taste, smell, price and nutritional values. Here are our thoughts!

Sweet and creamy. Contains fibre which is not mentioned in the others. Flavour-wise this was our favourite but could do with a little less sugar.

Best nutritionally, high in protein but you can definitely taste this. Despite the proteiny flavour we still really enjoyed this one and combined with the great nutritional profile it was our overall winner!
