Plug in your iPad to power and open up your case. Leave the power connected and the case open overnight. Your iPad should update all on its own.
To check and make sure your device is updated: Open the "Settings" icon > Choose "General" > Choose "Software Update"
You're looking for a message that says "iPadOS is up to date." If you don't see that click "Download and Install" OR "Install Now" to update your device.
Once you complete these steps let you computer sit overnight. If the install hasn't occurred restart your iPad and repeat this process. If you're still having problems please email the EdTech team to make us aware and send the iPad/Charger to school when we return. We will troubleshoot and proceed from there.
