Signed acknowledgment of venue policies
Professional Standards
Arrive on time and check in with staff
Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
Communicate promptly (within 24 hours)
Respect the property and leave spaces clean
Arrive during designated setup window
Move vehicles to vendor parking after unloading
No early access without approval
Licensed and insured caterers only
No open flames inside the barn
Sterno allowed in designated areas
Use venue‑approved power sources
Volume must remain within county limits
All equipment removed by end of rental period
