Working with Tim Horbury in the Adelaide City & Coorong area as a Certified Facilitator Coach, I bring over 25 years of experience as a proud business owner, successfully operating a shade sail construction business with my husband. I have also had the privilege of serving as the Program Manager for the South Australian Young Entrepreneur Scheme (SAYES), where I worked with talented young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35, helping them turn their innovative ideas into reality. 

For the past decade, I have specialised in leadership and development, crafting solutions to nurture high-performing leaders for renowned organisations like Haigh’s Chocolates, Northern Territory Public Health Network, Sportsbet, and Ryderwear. My extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the highs and lows of running a business, and I draw on this knowledge to support business owners on their journey.

As a certified coach, I excel in listening and guiding business owners to uncover their own solutions through our conversations. Additionally, my accreditation in DiSC allows me to help business owners and their teams understand behavioural styles and enhance their communication, fostering a more cohesive and effective work environment.

I am a passionate advocate for the peer-to-peer advisory boards and one-on-one coaching delivered by us here at The Alternative Board.
