Dear Wolverine Families,

Spring is near. The days are getting longer, the flowers are beginning to bloom, the grass is growing, and the weather is getting warmer. The end of the school year is approaching quickly, and, as usual, it looks very busy. This time of year, students become more anxious for the start of summer break. Thank you for your help in emphasizing to your student the importance of continuing to work hard on their academics and staying on task in their classrooms. Lastly, I want to thank our teachers and staff here at Western Hills. They do a wonderful job keeping students engaged, learning, and excited about school daily. We are fortunate to have such a hardworking group of individuals. I hope each of you can show your gratitude in some way or another. It takes a village, and I am fortunate to be part of this one at Western Hills. Happy Spring, everyone!

P.S. Remember that for tomorrow, Friday, March 14th, we have no school for students. It is a staff day, and our teachers and staff will be at Hills working hard on professional development and grading On-Demand writing tasks. Monday, March 17th, is a school day due to having to make up a day for bad weather.
