POTOMAC HILL CAMPUS PLANNING

As a part of an ongoing project, The Department of State and the General Services Administration expanded the scope to provide interior space planning, full-service renovation design, and construction administration services on the Potomac Annex campus. The renovation designs include full service architectural / interiors, life-safety, MEP, security and telecommunications. The fully renovated buildings will be designed to achieve LEED certifications. Site upgrades will also be designed to meet DOS standards for a secure campus.
