Hi Everyone & welcome to A Level Chemistry.  

If you want to know more about the course, there's a link below to a short video where a recent student, James Hawkins, will tell you more about what to expect.  We want you to be ready for the course so here's a few things that we would like you to do in preparation and additional information to help you prepare.

Attached are two sets of activities aimed at preparing you for A level Science.  The first, GCSE to A level Chemistry Transition Student focuses primarily on Math skills.  We want you to have completed this ready to hand in during your first lesson in September.

Also attached is a second activity Transition Pack - A level Chemistry.  This contains information you might find useful in preparing for A level Chemistry.  There is one task that you need to complete to hand in during your first lesson in September. In the section Pre-knowledge topics, from the tasks offered choose three to complete.
