Middle school is hard enough with the pressures of school work, friendships, and all the changes you experience during these years, let alone trying to deal with being quarantined at home and navigate online learning. This page is created to help you during this difficult time and major life change. We recognize this is stressful, scary, and a lot to handle, but you're not alone in this. Your friends, teachers, families and counselors are all in this with you. We're all just trying to figure out this new norm and cope with all the change. Remember our lessons from earlier this year on deep breathing, and muscle relaxation when you feel overwhelmed or anxious, or request an apt with one of the counselors if you need to talk about things. Check out the video series by Bring Change to Mind, teens sharing their experiences and ideas to get through this quarantine. We've also added the Teen Voices videos, on digital citizenship. Take care of yourselves, stay connected and reach out to your teachers, or counselors when things feel too big for you to handle.
