Artifacts Sets (given in class)
The Harappan Civilization was like the ancient world’s neat freaks—they had grid-planned cities, indoor plumbing, and public baths while most of the world was still figuring out “where do we put the waste?” They traded beads, cotton, and mysterious seals, but apparently forgot to leave us a decoder ring for their writing, so now historians just stare at their symbols like 🤔. Then one day, poof—they vanished, leaving behind tidy ruins and a whole lot of unanswered questions.
Work with your table to analyze four artifact sets: Harappan Statue, Harappan Seals, Harappan Settlements, and The Great Bath. Each artifact set has various questions, which will ask you to describe and analyze the artifacts. Work together to analyze the artifacts. Each group member will be responsible for being the recorder for at least one artifact set.
