Ancient Egypt Comic Notes Packet (given in class)
Art Supplies
Ancient Egypt was the land of sun, sand, and really intense architecture. They built giant pyramids without bulldozers, believed cats were sacred, and thought their kings became gods when they died — talk about a promotion.
They loved gold, invented paper (sort of), and had gods for everything — even one with a hippo head! Oh, and their idea of a good time? Mummifying people and writing on tomb walls.
Basically: deserts, drama, and lots of eyeliner.
