Day 9

Today we got to spent the day how we liked to, since we didn't have to go to the school today. So here are the pictures made by the students during the day.

Manik, Otto, Richard and Jamie went ice swimming. But to get to their destination, they had to go by bike. So they went mountainbiking. The ice swimming was very cold but thankfully there was also a sauna. After the ice swimming, the boys went to Nallikari Snowfest. This was very beautiful. Then they went to the beach to walk on the ice. This felt very weird but cool at the same time.

Julia, Noortje and their host minja went to sweden to go to a big candy store as well as going ice fishing, on their way they stopped by a snow structure where they encountered Thijs and Ella! This was vey unexpected since it hadn't been planned.

Oosa, Peppiina, Leaf and Pieta went to Koitelinkoski with their dutches Julia, Yfke, Loes and Gabriella. Koitelinkoski is nice place where people can make campfires and lay on the snow for example (like Julia did). There the yeties ate stick croissants they fried on a campfire.

We slept in till 10 and after we went ice skating at the pre school. We drove to the store to get sausages and bananas and went to the forrest to make a fireeeee. It was very very colddddd and the sausages were nice and warmmmm and we went on a little walk so we diddnt freeze, the forest was very niceeee

We slept in until 14:00 then we had brunch. After that we decided to go to the beach and watch some ice sculptures. I was ashamed of the creation from the netherlands. It was a tulip and it was very boring. The rest was very pretty. Then we went to pet the reindeers. After that we went to walk over the frozen sea and drink some hot chocolate. In the evening we went to the city and ate ice cream at MacDonalds.
