5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

family-safe audience
- AI feature (Ask Krishna) is limited to 20 messages per day
and is restricted to spiritual/philosophical topics only
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has
submitted personal data, please contact us at

- This app complies with:

- iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable App Tracking
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Gita application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the app on both
Android and iOS platforms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not
use this application.
2. APP DESCRIPTION

Gita Path is a spiritual and educational mobile application
providing:
- Text of the Shreemad Bhagavad Gita in Sanskrit, Hindi,
English, Gujarati, and Marathi
- Verse-by-verse translations and word meanings
- Audio playback of Sanskrit verses
- Reading plans, bookmarks, notes, and reading streaks
- AI-powered spiritual guidance ("Ask Krishna" feature)
- Daily verse notifications
- Quiz and verse-sharing features
The app is offered in a Free version with limited content and
a Pro version (one-time purchase of USD $0.99) with full access
to all 700+ verses across all 18 chapters.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 The Bhagavad Gita text is an ancient scripture in the
public domain. The original Sanskrit verses are not owned
by us.
3.2 The following elements of Gita Path ARE our intellectual
property:
- App name "Gita Path" and logo
- App design, UI, layout, and user experience
- Custom translations and commentary (where original)
- App code and software architecture
- Original artwork and graphics
3.3 You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute app content commercially
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app code
- Use our app name or logo without written permission
- Create derivative works based on our app design
3.4 Verse sharing feature — you may share individual verse
cards for personal, non-commercial, spiritual use only.
4. IN-APP PURCHASE — PRO VERSION

4.1 Gita Path Pro is a one-time in-app purchase of USD $0.99
4.2 Pro features include:
- All 700+ verses across all 18 chapters
- Audio playback
- Full multilingual translations
- Unlimited bookmarks and notes
- Ad-free experience
4.3 Pro access is valid until you uninstall the application.
It is NOT transferable to other devices or accounts unless
the purchase was made through the same Google/Apple account.
4.4 All purchases are processed by:
- Google Play Billing (Android)
- Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
We do not handle payment directly.
4.5 REFUND POLICY:
- Refund requests for Android must be submitted to Google
Play within 48 hours of purchase
- Refund requests for iOS must be submitted to Apple
through reportaproblem.apple.com
- We do not process refunds directly
- In exceptional circumstances, contact us at
dhavalpanasara@gmail.com and we will assist you
4.6 We reserve the right to change the price of Pro version
for new purchases. Existing Pro users will not be affected.
5. ASK KRISHNA — AI FEATURE

5.1 The "Ask Krishna" feature uses AI to provide spiritual
guidance inspired by the Bhagavad Gita.
5.2 IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
- Responses are AI-generated and for spiritual/educational
reference only
- Responses are NOT professional medical, legal, financial,
or psychological advice
- Do not make important life decisions based solely on
AI-generated responses
- In case of personal crisis, please contact a qualified
professional or emergency services
5.3 Usage is limited to 20 messages per day (Free and Pro)
5.4 You agree NOT to use the Ask Krishna feature to:
- Submit offensive, harmful, or abusive content
- Request non-spiritual or inappropriate content
- Attempt to misuse, manipulate, or exploit the AI system
5.5 Conversations are processed via OpenAI API. Do not share
sensitive personal information in this feature.
6. ADVERTISEMENT POLICY

6.1 The Free version of Gita Path contains advertisements
served by Google AdMob.
6.2 Advertisement types may include:
- App Open Ads (shown when app launches)
- Interstitial Ads (shown at natural transition points)
6.3 Advertisements are served by Google AdMob and are governed
by Google's advertising policies.
6.4 We configure ads to be family-safe and appropriate for
a spiritual audience.
6.5 Pro version is completely ad-free.
6.6 We are not responsible for the content of third-party
advertisements. If you encounter an inappropriate ad,

7. RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL DISCLAIMER

7.1 SCRIPTURE DISCLAIMER:
The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most sacred scriptures of
the Hindu religion and Indian philosophy. This app presents
the Bhagavad Gita for spiritual education, daily reading,
and personal growth.
7.2 RELIGIOUS NEUTRALITY:
- This app is dedicated to the Bhagavad Gita only
- We do not make comparative claims about any religion
- We respect all faiths and religious traditions
- This app does not promote religious intolerance or hatred
toward any religion, community, or group
7.3 TRANSLATION DISCLAIMER:
- Translations and interpretations are provided for general
understanding and accessibility
- Different scholars and traditions may interpret certain
verses differently
- We do not claim that our translations are the only correct
or authoritative interpretation

7.5 REGIONAL SENSITIVITY:

injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent

11. APP AVAILABILITY AND UPDATES

Users outside India agree that by using this app they
