July 6-7, 2021 – As part of organizational management activity to set priorities, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working towards common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment, the Planning Division of Surigao del Norte College of Agriculture and Technology headed by Ms. Abegail B. Eupeña, College Administrator II spearheaded the 2021 Mid-Year Performance Assessment, Workshop on the Preparation of Catch-up Plan for July to December 2021 held at SNCAT Events Center, Magpayang, Mainit, Surigao del Norte.

The goal of the activity is to review and assess how far the institution have accomplished its targets for the first semester of 2021 and to prepare catch-up plan for the remaining targets to be carried over for the second semester of 2021 aligned with the Institutional Development Plan 2018-2022 upholding to the mantra “TESDA, Abot Lahat” under the leadership of Director General Secretary Isidro S. Lapeña, PhD., CSEE and OPCR 2021 of Caraga Region which was religiously monitored by Regional Director, Tarhata S. Mapandi, CESO III.

Highlighted in the first day of the activity are the presentation and discussion of the following agenda:

2. Presentation of Accomplishments (Jan-June 2021)

3. EGACE Target and Accomplishments (Jan-June 2021)

4. Financial Accomplishments (Jan-June 2021)

5. Scholarship Accomplishment

6. Catch up Plan on 2020 Scholarship Allocation

7. SNCAT Way Forward 2021 and Beyond

While on the second day of the activity, a workshop on Catch-up Planning and IPCR Target Setting for 2^nd Semester of 2021 was conducted per division.

The activity concluded after the presentation of major targets for the 2^nd Sem. of July 2021 and catch-up plan of all divisions headed by their respective division chiefs.
