Te Puna School is a wonderful place to work, to learn and to have fun! – you are very welcome to join us. I am certain that your association with us will be both rewarding and fulfilling.

Since 1896 Te Puna School has been a focal point in the community and we have a proud and strong heritage. We offer the best of 21st Century teaching and learning opportunities in a beautiful semi-rural setting where space to play and explore abounds.

Our core purpose is to provide powerful learning opportunities and experiences to all learners – students and staff. We have high hopes and aspirations for all, and we work hard to ensure that all learners develop personal and academic capabilities along with a strong sense of self.

We have invested heavily in technologies and resources that support a rich curriculum where creativity, thinking, cooperation and problem solving are prioritised. Apart from a healthy reputation for achieving consistently high academic results we are increasingly known for strengths in the Arts, Media & Digital Excellence, and Outdoor pursuits/sporting success.
