All ECCLPS Parking is Located at Parking Structure 8, Level 4

Follow the directions below for a prepaid parking ticket

• 2 parking attendants will be at the Structure 8 Driveway entrance of Parking Structure 8 to provide prepaid parking passes for ECCLPS attendees from:

  • 4:30-6:30pm on December 11

  • 6:30-8:30am on December 12

• ECCLPS parking is available and paid for on Level 4

• Head to level 3 and follow the signage directing you from your parked car to the Level 3 overpass walkway, leading directly to Luskin’s conference entrance

Directions to Parking Structure 8

• Take Westwood Plaza toward the UCLA Meyer & Renee Luskin Conference Center, 425 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095

• Turn left on Structure 8 Driveway (highlighted green on map below)

Day Parking Instructions:

If you arrive outside of the attendant hours above, follow these instructions:

• • Enter Parking Structure 8, Level 4

  • Locate the nearest pay station (photo below) for printing your parking permit

  • Follow on screen prompts and enter your license plate

  • Select “COUPON CODE”

  • Enter the prepaid coupon code: CC579936

  • Printed tickets do not need to go in your windshield unless your license plate is not visible

  • Head to floor 3 and follow the posted signage directing you from your parked car to the Level 3 overpass walkway, leading directly to Luskin’s conference entrance

Overnight Parking Instructions for Hotel Guests:

• Enter Parking Structure 8, Level 4

• Locate the nearest pay station (photo below) for printing your parking permit

• Follow on screen prompts and enter your license plate

• Select “Overnight”—you may have to select “More Options” to find the “Overnight button”

• Select the total nights your car will need a space for by selecting the corresponding rate:

  • $13 = 1 night

  • $26 = 2 nights

  • $39 = 3 nights

• Enter your prepaid coupon code: CC583787

• Printed tickets do not need to go in your windshield unless your license plate is not visible

• Head to floor 1 and walk to Luskin’s main entrance by using the crosswalk of Strathmore and Westwood Plaza, leading directly to Luskin’s main entrance for hotel check-in

We anticipate about 200 attendees at the ECCLPS summit.

Education leaders from the UC and CSU systems; PK–12, district and county office, and nonformal education leaders; local and state legislators; state agency leaders; NGO leaders; climate specialists and scientists; STEM education-focused private foundations; high school, college, and graduate students; and community leaders.

Security: The UC Police Department will be on site to provide security for the reception and summit.
