added space will allow the creation of a preschool hub for all those programs (except Tiger Tots) and provide classrooms for the Integrated Pre-Kindergarten program for students with and without special needs

upgrade unit ventilators in classrooms
replace boiler for improved energy efficiency

new elevator as part of the second-story addition (the current elevator does not extend to the second floor)

small addition to the front of the school to provide greater flexibility for one-on-one and small-group instruction, including three rooms for occupational, physical and speech therapy services
addition will also include a music classroom with storage space (currently instruments are stored in a small locker room behind the stage)
reposition and rewire technology components to transition from patchwork placement to comprehensively designed system

small addition extending toward the intersection of Windsor and Tenafly roads to provide greater flexibility for one-on-one and small-group instruction, providing more – and more appropriate – space for Basic Skills, Resource Room, English Language Learners instruction and occupational/physical therapies
shift of preschool programs to Maugham would open up two classrooms at Stillman to allow the creation of a music/instrumental room
added outlets in classrooms to provide for plug-in of instructional technology

renovate auditorium with updated stage and house lighting; audio/visual and sound systems; ceilings, wall finishes and acoustic panels; and new rear section of seats with accommodations for people who have mobility issues
