Instructor's Bio:  Helen Rosen, PhD, has studied and practiced Buddhism for nearly 25 years. She previously taught Buddhist psychology and other courses at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Rosen has published articles on Buddhism and meditation and leads sessions at the Philadelphia Meditation Center in Havertown. She holds a certificate from the Integrated Study and Practice Program at the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies.
