Instructor's Bio: Lyle Murley holds a PhD in English from Northwestern University, an MA in English from the University of Chicago, and a BA in English from St. Olaf College. He served as professor and chair of the English department at California Lutheran University and is now professor emeritus. Murley was twice named professor of the year and received the Sears Roebuck Foundation Award for Teaching Excellence.
